[Connie B Cooper; Eric D Kelly; American Planning Association.] -- As part of an arterial street impact fee study conducted for Kansas City, Missouri, the author surveyed 25 jurisdictions across the United States to gather information about how those jurisdictions.

Impact fees can be an effective tool for ensuring adequate infrastructure to accommodate growth. This PAS Report offers a look at 16 jurisdictions that use impact fees or excise taxes for funding growth-related transportation improvements.
